We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with 60 days’ prior notice.

Results Guarantee

We don’t get paid until you get paid. With Wishtan HomeServices, you will have peace of mind knowing that we are working hard for you, and you will not need to pay us until you get results.

• Property Management Service: That’s right. You don’t pay us anything until we produce results for you. At Wishtan HomeServices, we don’t collect management service fees until a renter’s rent is collected.
• Leasing Service: If we are leasing your property for you, we do all of the heavy lifting—market your home, schedule showings, screen applicants, draft the lease, and facilitate tenant move-in – all before being paid a dime.

Good Tenant Guarantee

We’re confident in the residents we place for your home! If a tenant does not fulfill at least 6 months of a lease term, we will find you a new tenant for free.

Legal Compliance Guarantee

Our lease agreement is reviewed and approved by Illinois attorneys. We operate in compliance with fair housing, Illinois habitability, application screening, section 8, and right-to-cure laws.

Insured Tenant Guarantee

Every tenant we procure will have renter’s insurance in place, and we will insure the tenant under our master insurance policy if necessary to guarantee this.

Pet Damage Guarantee

For any pet that we approve, we guarantee our owners up to $1,000 in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers.
